We finished the hoop house on Sunday10/11.  I had planted some crops the week before so now everything is growing well.  There will be carrots, beets, spinach, lettuce, chard, onions and tatsoi.  If you are interested in getting some of this fresh produce this winter send us an email.  I will be making deliveries to Boone.

The leaves are beautiful this week, although we are expecting rain for a couple of days.  Next week is supposed to be beautiful and warmer so if you haven’t come up yet this year to see the leaves next week sounds like the time to come.
